Location:

Located directly on Negril’s seven mile beach. Bordered by Treehouse Hotel (on the east) and a small restaurant (on the west). Margueritaville is located three doors down to the west. Negril is a 1.5 hour drive from Sangsters International Airport.

Property Size:

One acre on the beach, one acre across the street. All rooms and guest facilities are located on the beach side.

Fourteen. Six Superior and eight Premium rooms.

Rooms:

Accommodations are beach cottages set amongst tropical garden and stone pathway leading directly to beach. Each room has its own private patio. Two categories: Superior and Premium. Premium rooms are stand-alone cottages with large gazeboed patio, or upstairs rooms with wrap around balconies.

Room Amenities/Features:

Beds are King or Two Twins. All rooms carry futon or additional twin in seating area.

All rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. All have television with cable TV, telephones, mini-refridgerator, tea kettles, in-room safes.

Located directly on Negril’s seven mile beach. Property is located in walking distance of area bars and restaurants, including the “hub” of the beach strip—Margaritaville.

Dining:

One Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast menu serves traditional Jamaican breakfast along with traditional favourites. Our lunch menu features light fare with emphasis on salads and wraps. Dinner menu changes nightly featuring daily chef specials.
